Caroline has made everyday life easier
I have been going to Caroline's classes for over 3 years.
I am a single parent, with a very busy and stressful job. I am also a keen swimmer and compete in Triathlons. Caroline has made everyday life easier. Her knowledge of body mechanics has improved my body function, whether it is through triathlon training, a 3 hour gardening session, or sitting at a desk all day. I have always suffered with neck and lower back issues, but since starting Caroline's Pilates classes I haven't had any major back/neck relapses. I can now live a much more comfortable life. Caroline is the best instructor I have ever come across, anyone who is lucky enough to take a class with her will experience extraordinary physical and mental gains.

A Life Saver For Me
My back problems started in my teens and continued to dominate my life for many years....until I found exercise. I'm now 72. I struggled to motivate myself but knew it was for my own good and wellbeing.
I found Caroline after my gym closed down, then exercise took on a different meaning for me. Instead of it being a chore to get through, I began to enjoy it. I tried Pilates for the first time and although it took a few sessions for it to make sense to me, the breathing, stretching and exercises reach the parts other fitness classes don't! She changes the classes regularly so we don't get bored and is always open to suggestions and requests. She takes a personal interest in our health and wellbeing in a non judgmental way and I cannot recommend her enough.
Caroline came to the rescue again during lockdown, with a brilliant timetable of classes on ZOOM. It was a life saver for me both physically and mentally.

Caroline is the best!
Over the years I've attended several different Pilates classes, but I can honestly say Caroline's is the best. Each class is very professionally delivered but in a most relaxed and inclusive way. Somehow she manages to cater for all abilities/experience levels while allowing the class to flow naturally. It's a time when I can switch off from the world and concentrate on letting go and listening to my body. I feel rebooted after every class.

I wish I had discovered Caroline before I had retired as a GP - because I would have sent so many patients to her. Her expert knowledge of the body and its mechanics has made such a massive difference to me, it's hard to believe. So, so many people would benefit from her Pilates. I'm a new man!

Where would I be without you!
I've been attending Caroline's Pilates classes for more years than I care to remember. In all that time she has been exemplary in her dedication to her teaching and to her attendees. Her lessons are varied and allow everyone to go at their own pace without any feeling of pressure. I couldn't recommend her enough
I have been attending Caroline's classes for several years and she is the best Pilates teacher I have worked with. As an opera singer, Pilates was recommended to me as an ideal form of exercise and I have found Caroline's approach, holistic and gentle, yet very effective on the body. Additionally, I have always felt calm and re-energised as a result of the classes. Always smiley, always patient and knowledgeable in her field, I couldn't recommend her enough.
